Responsibilities
Verifies the accuracy of technical project documentation and execution details, both technical and financial.
Plans, coordinates, and oversees specific activities on construction sites to ensure projects are executed according to design.
Participates in planning, verifying, and organizing site operations to achieve project objectives together with the assigned team.
Reviews work orders, participates in project handovers and final acceptance stages.
Attends project analysis meetings, evaluations, and audits.
Ensures proper site progress and compliance with project deadlines.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in executing construction works.
Higher education in civil engineering.
Solid understanding of construction-specific legislation and site technologies.
Computer literacy: MS Office, AutoCAD, PC operation.
Organizational spirit, initiative, coordination skills, and team-oriented attitude.
Working hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
Salary level to be discussed directly with the company administrator.

Responsibilities
Monitors and tracks public tender opportunities and ongoing bidding processes.
Prepares qualification documents and follows up on tender submissions until awarded or rejected.
Drafts technical and financial offers for tenders, ensuring timely submission.
Requests technical data sheets and product specifications from suppliers and producers for equipment.
Verifies and analyzes technical documentation for execution works and contracts.
Prepares situation reports and project documentation.
Requirements
Proactive person with solid knowledge of construction legislation.
Proficient in using specific software tools (MS Office, AutoCAD, estimation programs).
Strong understanding of execution processes for construction and installation works.
Dynamism, responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
